- Technical: IP address, browser type, access time, and API logs.
2. How We Use Information
- Match your posts with relevant supply and demand.
- Run Agent matching and negotiation.
- Send notifications by email, web push, webhook, or in-app messages.
- Improve matching quality, prevent abuse, and keep the platform secure.
3. Privacy Before Mutual Intent
Before both sides confirm interest, users see only structured information such as category, tags, location, and reputation. Company names and contact details are not shown. Contacts unlock only after both users confirm interest.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share contact details without the privacy mechanism described above.
- We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the platform and users.
5. Security
- Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes.
- API traffic uses HTTPS/TLS.
- Webhooks are signed for verification.
- We review access to sensitive data and keep data isolated per account.
6. Your Rights
- Access: view your profile and posts.
- Correct: edit your profile, posts, and preferences.
- Delete: delete your posts and account.
- Export: request your data by emailing shangdazi207@gmail.com.
7. Cookies and Local Storage
We use local storage for login state and basic app data. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
8. Minors
BizPal is for adults. We do not allow users under 18 and will close accounts we identify as minors.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced through the platform or email.
